In our following data protection declaration, which we have produced according to the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in particular Art 13 GDPR) with the information provided for there, you will find information about the data protection law aspects of our internet appearance.

The legal foundation for processing can be consent requested from and granted by you (Art 6 subsection 1 lit a) GDPR) or the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract with you (Art 6 subsection 1 lit. b9 GDPR) or a legal obligation which affects us (Art 6 subsection 1 lit c) GDPR) or attending to justified interests (Art 6 subsection 1 lit f) GDPR), for example documentation of use of our offer or also coincidence of a number of the aforementioned reasons.

SSL encryption

When we transmit confidential data, we use an SSL encryption. You can recognise this by the display "https://" in your browser.


Cookies

On our internet site, we use cookies, small files which are stored on your hard disk and in which information is stored which the service setting the cookie can read out again. This is only possible if you have allowed this in your browser, in which context permission is the default setting of most customary browsers. Piwik

Google +1

Our sites use functions of Google +1. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collection and forwarding of information: With the help of the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. Via the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalised contents from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 for a content and also information about the site which you were looking at when you clicked +1. Google possibly publishes summarised statistics about the users' 1+ activities or forwards them to users and partners such as publishers, advertisers or connected websites.


Google Adsense

Our website uses Google AdSense, a service for integration of adverts of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). With these web beacons, information such as the number of visitors can be evaluated on these sites. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and supply of advertising formats are transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the event of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is however curtailed beforehand by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contract states of the European Economic Area Treaty. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a service of Google in the USA and curtailed there. The same applies in the event of a legal dispute (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. f GDPR), in the event of take-over of our enterprise by a third party or of insolvency (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. f GDPR).

We ourselves do not have the intention of transmitting your data to a third country or an international organisation (Art. 13 subsection 1 lit. f) GDPR). However, use of Google Analytics and Google Fonts does mean transmission of personal data to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google LLC is a member of the EU-US Privacy Shield (www.privacyshield.gov). A suitability resolution of the European Commission has yet to be passed.

Our servers have been protected against unauthorised access according to the state of the art, our employees have been trained and are reliable, the stored data have been encrypted and our rooms physically protected against unauthorised access.
